If it has been 14 business days and you have not recieved product shipment notification please contact us to track down your shipment. Most items ship in 7-10 business days. However, any specials or super sales tend to be 14 business days. | |
| 30 Day Money Back Returns Policy "Proudly Providing 12 years of Uncompromised Service" If you are not satisfied with our products you may recieve a refund for the purchase price. This policy applies to all Non-Consumable products. Natural Cures Store strives to maintain the safest and best customer service in the industry.
Consumables - Due to potential tampering with consumable products, we do not accept returns for anything intended for human consumption.
Cancellations - Cancellation requests must be received on the same day BEFORE the order is sent to the warehouse for shipment. It is impossible to stop an order once it has been sent to the warehouse. Your request will be approved or denied based on these conditions.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Additionally, because all super sale items are ordered specifically for the sale, super sale items cannot be returned, excluding damaged or defective items, which will be replaced. If the above conditions apply, please email our returns department and we will arrange for the return shipping and will refund your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
